(.135) steel wire in a 1 ½” (diamond) mesh with ends of wires securely clinched to frame. Vertical framing members to be 1 ¼” x 5/8 x 13 ga. (.090) cold rolled “C” channel with 1” x ½” x 1/8” channel horizontal framing members Corner construction to be mortise and tenon. Horizontal reinforcing at 3’ 8” high to be two pieces of 1” x 3/8” high to be two pieces of 1” x 3/8” x 1/8” channels riveted together through the mesh. Top capping bar 2 1/24” x 1” cold rolled channel bolted to top of panels with ¼” “U” bolts 2’ – 1’ on center. Floor fastening made using cast adjustable sockets. Sliding door frame 1 ¼” x ½” x 1/8” channel with a 1 ¼” x 1/8” flat banding bar all around. Each door to be equipped with a heavy box track, two four wheel ball-bearing type hangers and a bottom guide channel. Hinged door frame to be 1 ¼” x ½ x1/8” channel with 1 ½ pair of tight pin butt hinges, flat banding bar on three sides and an angle strike bar on the latch side. All doors to have substantial mortise type cylinder lock operated by a key outside and recessed knob from inside. Field bracing by erectors. Finish on all work shall be one standard shop coat sprayed on enamel paint, color as selected.
